Christee Humphries
Christee joined the Spur team this spring in a newly created position as Administrator. In this position, Christee will have dual responsbilities including the day to day accounting duties for Spur Capital Partners in addition to overseeing back office administrative operations.
Christee has over 15 years experience in building and leading teams. The majority of her prior work experiences were in the non-profit and health care fields. She has been recognized at the state level for her work in building community programs for healthy families. A large part of her work was funded through grants written by and awarded to Humphries while working for the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) as the Healthy Families' Coordinator.
Humphries' most recent work experience was for a local senior health facility where she was responsibile for the financial oversight and development of their four major income producing programs. This included supervision of all program directors/staff, oversight and planning of all program budgets, and ensuring organization was in compliance with all government grants, medicare/medicaid contracts, and private insurance contracts. Before leaving to finish her MBA, Humphries was instrumental in assisting the facility in receiving a $7.5 million dollar grant from the Donald W. Reynold's Foundation.
While working on her MBA, Humphries worked 2 years as a technical consultant for a locally owned employee benefit company servicing several large employers worldwide including Tyson Foods, Wal-Mart, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Six Flags, and Freddie Mac.
Humphries has a B.S. in the Management of Human Resources from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and an MBA/HRM from the University of Phoenix at Tulsa.
